Why not replace the Shoutbox with the Tagwall infusion Smokeman? Then put the Tagwall as a lower center panel. Just a suggestion..

In nowadays is Spam looking as "How do u do?", but it is not Spam by me, do u understand?

Im trying to "hold it down" with just delete all support´questions-
shout from now. It would be a shame to loose the shoutbox IMO.

Why don't you remove the shoutbox when they only post support questions and spam here?
