We at phpfusion-mods.net focus on bringing you the best mods available on the net + the support needed to install/modify them. We also like to inform people better of the SEO methods available for PHP-Fusion. Most PHp-Fusion powered websites still lack in the use of SEO technics.

PHP-Fusion v7.01.00 RC3 released!

UPDATE 15-06-2010: The crew has released RC3 which contains quite an amount of bug fixes. Check the read more for download link and bug fixes.

Hello, everyone! After a lot of work, testing and bug fixing, we present you PHP-Fusion v7.01 Release Candidate 2. This package is only meant for people willing to help us with the final inspection of v7.01, which we plan to release as soon as possible, and considering everyone is expecting the final result you should aim for a maximum of two weeks of testing. Just to be safe, do not use this package on a production website unless you backup everything before and you are willing to take responsibility for fixing anything going wrong after the update.

23-05-2010 - Today I have added a few nice infusions/mods which :are actually quite handy for infusion/mod creators:

PHP-Fusion Infusion Packer - A PC software which creates ready-2-go packages for infusions including aGPL, readme's etc.

BBcode: Development notice - A handy bbcode for developers to add notes in topics and comments. Notes are clearly visible due to a nice looking balloon.

BBcode: Fusion Function Library - This bbcode allows you to directly link to a particularly the PHP-Fusion function library on mods.com.

PHP-Fusion v7.00.07 released.

It is with great pleasure that I announce the immediate availability of PHP-Fusion 7.00.07! This release is a bugfix release, which fixes the following issues:

- preg_match error in maincore.php
- version number update
- year 2010 hard-coded

As usual, there is a full release package and an update package containing only the changed files. This time, a combo update is also provided for those who had not updated to 7.00.06 yet due to the preg_match error. The combo update contains the files from the 7.00.06 and 7.00.07 update packages.

PHP-Fusion.co.uk has announced the release of PHP-Fusion v7.00.06. This release features some bug fixes and they made Fusion compatible with PHP 5.3.

As always, there are two updates available, one full release and a patch for v7.00.05.

PHP-Fusion v6.01.19 upgrade for v6.01.18

We have just been informed about a very serious MySQL injections in the latest version of PHP-Fusion v6, PHP-Fusion v7 is perfectly safe and this injection do not harm any sites running PHP-Fusion v7 only those still using PHP-Fusion v6. The new package includes a fix for the MySQL vulnerability in members_poll_panel.php as described in this thread.

The presently released packages are up to date with the present version of the SVN (1423) and the downloads on SourceForge have been updated.

Upgrading is performed by unzipping the upgrade package, uploading the contents to your webserver and run the upgrade script from Admin Panel -> System Admin -> Upgrade.

PHP-Fusion v6 is no longer developed and we suggest everyone having a site using PHP-Fusion v6 to upgrade to PHP-Fusion v7 for a better experience and security!

A warning for users of the Kroax, radio panel etc.

I received the below message from the Dutch PHP-Fusion community, please read it!

There are a few European organisations who are fining community webmasters if they share YouTube hosted video's on their websites. As we all know we have a few PHP-Fusion infusions which allow you to do this (The kroax, radio-panel, etc.). An organisation called Sabam has already fined several websites with fines up to € 999,- for embedding illegal content from YouTube.

New theme released: Counterstrike

I'm releasing a new theme today! I was kinda looking for a theme for someone's site and found this one in the process. Since I liked the colors and textures I decided to port it to a Fusion v7 theme.

Theme is W3C XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0 valid.

I would like to introduce my first theme I ported to work with PHP-Fusion v7. This theme was originally designed by MetaMorphozis.

Theme is W3C XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0 valid. Tested and works smoothly in FX 2+ and IE6+.
